My works are often multilayered and incorporate various combinations of media. I aim to convey conceptual ideas through linguistic means. I work to engage with the Language and Art movement, connecting this important theme with contemporary media and tools. My works sit somewhere between: text and voice, meaning and misreading, structure and collapse, translation and distortion. Indeed, I put language under pressure until it reveals its mechanics. The periphery in my works is the borderlines of language. I stand on the edge of perception, expression, and the transmission of concepts. I find the loose bricks of the linguistic structure of a concept and syntactic playfulness. Some of my works’ language-oriented aspects impart a literary and linguistic quality that alters their function by distorting signs.
