`SIN SEENI /sēn-sēnē/

An Iranian multidisciplinary artist living and working in Berlin. His works are often multilayered and incorporate various combinations of media. He aims to convey conceptual ideas through linguistic concepts. He works to engage with the Language and Art movement, connecting this important theme with contemporary media and tools. His works sit somewhere between: text and voice, meaning and misreading, structure and collapse, translation and distortion. Indeed, He put language under pressure until it reveals its mechanics. The periphery in his works is the borderlines of language. Standing on the edge of perception, expression, and transmission of concepts. Find the loose bricks of the linguistic structure of a concept and syntactic playfulness. Some of his works’ language-oriented aspects impart a literary and linguistic quality that alters their function by distorting signs.
